Question: Do I need to replace the coolant sensor or what else

1992 GMC 1500 4X4 5.7 V8 . My Truck starts fine and runs great when the engine is cold. Once the water temp starts to warm the throttle body starts pouring gas down into the engine until it floods out and a dies. If you unplug the injector wirers you can get it started again until it cleans it self out . Plug the wirers back in it will start but it still will flood out in a minute .

Sounds like you have a sensor issue. It could be the coolant sensor, as well as a bunch of others. If the SES light is on have the codes pulled to see what circuit (S) are having an issue. If it is off, you'll need some diagnostics done to isolate the cause.
