Question: Do my blend door needs replacing

i turned the a/c on and the center of my dashboard was making a clicking sound for about 2-3 minutes, Then my a/c went from very cold to extremely hot. so i turned it off and waited, then i turned it back on and tried all settings and it blows hot air no matter what temp or setting i put it at. I check the hoses for leaks and the freon and it was full and the pressure was normal. the small line was warm and the big line was cold the compressor turns on and the accumalator is cold to the touch "wet". so my question is before i have ford or a mechanic tear my dash board apart is there anything else i over looked?
