When I put my truck in reverse I have to put the pedal all they way to the floor . And it still won't get enough power to get out of my drive way.

Dodge won't stay running unless key is turned. What else do I try?
Replaced spark plugs, wires, cap and rotar, ecc on the right of the steering column. Looked for the box with the rod from the key on top if the column and not there.
