Question: does auto trans circuits share cam sensor circuits

Car started, warmed up, died. Restarted ran less time then died. Tried to restart then no start. All due to no spark. Let cool down then started fine till warm up. Changed cam sensor no spark. replaced old cam sensor runs. Back to new, no spark. Replaced old sensor then spark and runs.
bridged fuell pump relay whitch I think supplies power to coil, pump and others and starts every time and runs till i turn it off. I put relay back in now runs fine as with bridge wire before. Now trans wont shift. Seems stuck in 2nd. No codes.

Unfortunately, swapping parts out and experimenting is not effective for troubleshooting, since there could be another cause of the intermittent problem but you'd never find it. You've got to test the parts to see if they're causing problems or not.

But the best way to answer your wiring questions is with a wiring diagram. You may be able to find one online by searching for '93 New Yorker wiring diagram' under google images. Or you can purchase a repair manual with it in there. And you may find this article on how to diagnose a no-start helpful:
