Question: Does my car just need a tune up?

2005 Elantra--Check engine light came on then car started shaking upon acceleration. One person said it was because of wrong oil during oil change, people that did oil chage hooked it up and said it was problems with the 4th cylinder which would explain the sulphur smelling exhaust but also said it could be something as basic as just a spark plug.. HELP

Sounds like a misfire on cylinder 4. It could be a bad coil, injector etc etc. Don't drive it much like this, you'll destroy the catalytic converter which will be expensive to replace.
