Question: doesnt warm up

it snowed for a week so i parked my car. drove suv. this last weekend i fired it up been driving it bout 45 miles one way to work i sit warmin the engine befor i go but the temp tack only goes to the top of the "c" were it use to go to half. i turn vents on it only blows lukewarm air. i sit it raises temp on gauge then i turn vents on it drops back down

Check to make sure the coolant level is full, the fan belt is working and that the thermostat is not stuck open. There are a few different problems in the cooling system that could cause that, and having the whole system checked out is a good idea.
