Question: draging out or short gearing

it does 1 or the other drags out the gears and/or short shifting and scared it going to blow my motor.
i put in 2 other trans sc and doing the same thing. but my tps is going out so it may be telling trans that im gunning it and then not. i dont know!

Modern transmissions get their signals to shift electronically, so a problem with a TPS can really affect shift points. This link will take you to a site with some info on how to test your TPS and other sensors (first choose your engine):
