Question: Driving, noticed white smoke from exhaust and something seemed to break/snap. Loud noise. Belt??

I was driving down a highway when I noticed in my mirror more exhaust than normal and white colored. Almost immediately it sounded as if I ran over something ( I didn't ) and it sounded... sort of like the sound of mud flinging on the underside of your car, except it seemed to be at the front right. I pulled over and turned it off for awhile. Started it again and it still made a slight slinging (?) noise. Any ideas what to check for? It's under warrantly but I have my dad looking at it now before getting it towed or risking driving it and damaging anything further...

White smoke is coolant in the ehaust. You chould have lost the head gasket, The noise chould have beed from the timing chain.
