Question: Electric rear window motor runs, but glass falls down.

I hear the window's motor running, but the glass will not go up or down. Is there any repair for this or only replacement, and how much would it cost?

The most likely cause of that is the power window regulator. You can look up an estimate for the repair using the 'repair cost calculator' link on this site, but you may be better off having the door inspected first--estimates before diagnosis are not informative.
