Question: electrical/short

I have a 2001 ford ranger. there is a .210 milli amp draw on the battery.I have pulled the fuse in the fuse box to better locate the problem. I found it to be under # 26 fuse in the side fuse box This pertains too turn signsl dome lite speeddomitter,door locks windshiel washers on dome lite. If I pull the relays on each one of these circuits it does not make any difference. What should I try next?

Do you have a wiring diagram? If not, you'll want to get one--you can try to hunt one down on the web, or buy an aftermarket repair manual.

Fuse 26 has 2 other components in the circuit, the GEM (general electronic module) and the the battery saver relay. Have you disconnected these?
