Question: engine does not complete cycle of starting,

mechanics say control box does not receive or does not send current to spark plugs, can you assist please?

It sounds like you are saying, the car cranks, but won't start. And a mechanic looked at it and found either the RPM input to the ignition module is bad, or the modlue itself is bad. That is very possible. If there is no spark, your mechanic is correct, and those are the areas I would look at first. Check with your dealer, as this vehicle may still be under warrenty for this problem
