Question: Engine Pings

My Murano has started pinging at low speed acceleration... it does not do it at cruising speeds or under heavy acceleration I am thinking several things..
Spark Plugs
Timing Belt
EGR Valve possibly..
Catalytic Convertor
any help would be appreciated
