Question: Engine Shakes and Rattles and will not stay running

I was driving when the engine just lost power. it sounds like it was only running on 3 cylinders when it does start. it also make a bunch of noise like the lifters are are all dead.

You could have a timing chain problem. That will need to be seen by a shop. There is a lot to that engine. It's not easy to work on.
