Question: fuel problem i believe
Let me give you a little bit of history first... recently i changed the water pump which of course ment taking off the timing belt... all that went well as far as i could tell.... though i thought at first I had got the timing off somehow cause when i went to start the car it would not start... so after going over and over the timing belt i decided to spray starter fluid into the throttle body to see if it would fire... so i did... and it tried to start right away.. even a few times i have gotten it to start with the starter fluid and also without it for around 10 minutes it would drive great in the yard riding around and idle fine.. no missing..etc.... then it would just die again and would not start back up again.
if i stray more starter fluid in it then it attempts to start again... there seems to be gas reaching the fuel rail just fine... but as far as i can tell my injectors all of them are not spraying no gas out cause i removed all of them and did not see no gas on the end that goes into the intake... I have ran out of ideals of what could be going on.... anyone have an ideal it would sure be appreicated.... thought it might be the main relay but from what i understand no gas will come though the lines at all if it goes out. and there is gas coming out at the fuel rail
