Question: fuel pump constantly running

replaced fuel sending unit and fuel filter now fuel pump constantly runs and after warmed up bogs down when floored otherwise runs fine

The pump should run any time the engine is running or when cranking.

Check the engine computer for any fault codes. Check air meter, check for air leaks. If you are worried about fuel, check fuel pressure at idle and under load.
