Question: Fuel Relay Problem

I had trouble with my fuel pump about six months ago. I thought it was the fuel relay and changed it, but it still didn't work. So I ran a jumper wire where the relay goes and the car ran just fine. I couldn't find of problem so I kept it like that till now, but it stopped working again and I still don't know what the problem is. Thanks for any help.

Get a multimeter and start tracing out the power supply to the relay and fuel pump. You have a much easier time with a wiring diagram.

The fuel pump itself could have failed as well. You wont be able to tell without checking for power.
