Question: fuse keeps blowing for turn signals and power windows

one fuse is for both the turn signals and power windows. It keeps blowing, sometimes right away, other times that day, or in a couple days. Any ideas on what this could be? I can't seem to pinpoint the problem..

I would start with the drivers side door harness. Where it goes from the cab to the door there will be wires with a cover over it. The wire brake there most of the time.
