Question: Have a 2002 Mitsubishi galant would not start only click

Tried switching battery hooked up wrong very dark no light everything came on something burnt on battery cable ( positive side what to do

You have a big problem now. There is no easy way to fix this. Try to find the max fuse in the relay box under the hood. You have burnt it. You will need to replace it for sure. You mite have to replace lots of other fuses. Once you get that all fix you need a starter. But you mite have burned out computers. You will have to just get the battery back in and see what's wrong.
