Question: have intense gas smell coming from engine compt

right after 5 minutes of car start a intens gasoline smell coming form outside to cabin ebevnt worst when full stop and windows open, a P0455 code is on but no mechanic was able to fix it

P0455: Evaporative Emission Control System Leak Detected

You have a leak in the evap system. Probably some hose or purge valve, maybe even the gas tank or filler cap.

A good mechanic should be able to figure this out easily with the correct equipment (smoke leak tester)
