Question: head lights will not turn off

unplugged head light switch and relays located behind bumper and head lights will not go off until battery is disconected

The problem ended up being the wire harness rubbed through at the rear of the air cleaner where the harness was tucked under the air cleaner housing. wires rubbed through and shorted together
