Question: Help, how do I go about getting the balancer off the crank shaft?

4 bolts out. Used the puller as well still nothing...

If you put the puller in the bolts that will just pull on the balancer. Most of the time you can take a rubber hammer and hit the pulley. You should spray fluid on it. That will help out. If that does not work I would get a 3 jaw puller and try using it. Make sure not to pull on it to hard and bend the pulley.
