Question: HELP ME PLEASE

I have a 2000 c230 Kompressor Mercedes Benz. Its Automatic it has a problem but i don't know exactly the part i need to replace and so i was hoping you can help. the problem is that every time i go to drive of well accelerate the car start normal on gear 1 but then as i accelerate it more it skips 2nd gear and goes to 3rd and continues on normal. i was told it was the acceleration sensor. i also was told to replace the throttle body position sensor. and lastly i brought it to get checked out and i was then told also that its a sensor and it the sensor located right in between the driver sit and passenger sit. im lost i don't know what i really need? can you help me please.?

The things your were told to replace is not going to fix your problem. You need to take it into a transmission shop. It sounds like you a transmission. When it skips gears there usually is a problem inside the transmission.
