You need to make sure the tune up and filters are good. From there it could be a lot of thing. You would need a scan tool to read the data in your cars computer to help you find the problem. But one thing it could be is the MAF sensor. It's between the ait cleaner and intake manifold. Is should be a 4 wire connector. Unplug the connector and go drive the car to see it is goes away. If so replace the MAf sensor.
