Question: hey, i have a 1975 280z and it wont start. the alternator

hey, i have a 1975 280z and it wont start. the alternator is good, the battery has a good charge, and it has a new starter. when i go to turn it over, it acts as if the battery is completly dead. no radio, no lights, nothing. im not sure what the problem could be, so any help would be greatful. thanks

Make sure that: the battery is properly connected, make sure there is no corrosion on the battery terminals,check for blown fuses, check to see if the battery cables are well connected and that there is no damage to the cables.
