hi. I Have a 1988 chevy silverado for whatever reason i have a cold breeze coming from under the dash by the blower motor i can't see where exactly its coming from

With the key in the ACC position, is your blower motor on? The fan will run unless the heater switch is set to OFF.

Can you get your heater to blow hot air on any setting? If not, first check that you're not out of coolant. Next possibility is a plugged heater core.

Do you only get the cold air while you're driving down the road? If so, you may have a problem with an acutator door for the ventilation system stuck open.
