Question: high/low beam reversed

changed bulb in 1999 dodge caravan. now seems that the high beam/low beam is reversed compared to the passenger side that was not replaced.

Very odd. Unless the wiring is crossed. It is possible the bulb is not fully seat in the housing. If that is the case it may shine in the wrong areas. I don't think you could have plugged it in incorrectly as those bulbs really only fit one way.

Recheck your work and compare how it fits in the housing to the other side.
