Question: How can i stop the blinker/ turn signal?

I bought 2003 with 85k. Other car totaled.

But need to get rid of clicking of turn signals. How to do this?

Not sure what you are asking. The turn signals are probably controlled by the BCM , so if you want to disable them, you'd have to disable the BCM which controls most interior functions.

They have a life of their own. Clicking constantly when turn signal is not on. Apparently this is a problem many others have had. i not t could not turn out front mirror lights the other night. I ended breaking the bulbs..probably not the best solution. But the constant intermittent blinking/ clicking sound is bothersome.

Sounds like an electrical short or possibly the BCM is defective. Electrical diagnositcs is needed to sort it out.

Another possibility is the turn signal switch is shorted and causing the issue. You could unplug it at the column to see if the blinkers stop. If they do, then the steering column is the issue. And i have seen this type of issue in GM columns before.

Car Brakes: How Do You Know When to Change Them?

By Zach Bowman For those who suffer a daily commute through heavy traffic, your vehicle's braking system can bring thousands of pounds of metal, plastic and empty Starbucks cups to a stop hundreds of times before you get to work. It goes without saying that these pieces wear out, but they do so slowly, meaning you may not notice they need attention until ...
