Question: how do I disconnect or reset the security system on my car?

Removed battery to replace. When replaced, the horn,lights,and windshield wipers come on automatically and the starter will not engage.

Cycling the key in the ignition or door lock cylinder usually does the trick. Any response from the remote?

Evev though the batteries are new in the remote,this did not work. Is tbere a fuse I can pull to disable it?
