Question: How do I fix a leaking fuel filter due to a dry roted hose?

I replaced the fuel filter, and it was leaking gas (I lost 3 quarters of a tank in a little under a mile) I took the filter back off and the male hose is rotted and cracked. How do I fix it HELP ME please!

You need to replace the hose that is cracked. The other end of it should connect at the fuel tank, and it is all one piece.
