Question: How do i fix this problem?

My 1999 chevy s10 would not start this morning. Would try when i turned the key but would never turn over. Strong smell of gas so im pretty sure its flooded. How do i fix this?

I would check the coolant temp sensor. But when the car is flooded. Push the gas pedal to the floor and hold it there while you crank the engine. That shuts off the injectors and will clear out the flooded engine.
