Question: How do i get it to function properly?

hit a tree at 20 mph not even 1 foot in diameter.damages are crunched hood shattered plastic grille and smashed bumper,as for mechanical tranny cooler got crushed and radiator reservoir cracked so it wont retain neither tranny or radiator fluids.by-passed trans cooler with rubber line (since its meant for towing not regular driving) and it now retains tranny fluid,i filled it up and it still wont go out of park into any gears.Thoughts?
