Question: how do i remove the headlight unit on a 2009 lincoln mks

i would like to change the parking lights but there is a piece of metal in the way so I can not get the bulbs in. I figured if I bring the headlight unit up I can get them in. thank you

Removing the headlight completely would probably require some fender access (remove liner) and maybe even bumper removal.

It would probably be easier to remove whatever is blocking your access to the lamp socket with the headlight in the installed position.
