Question: How do I replace the clock and the gear shift selector light?

The light for D on the dash is out and my clock is dead (either doesn't change time or changes very fast). The dealer said they would fix the dash light for $60 and I have not contacted them about the clock. If I can figure how to access these areas I can probably fix them. This is on a 2000 Tundra SR5 extra cab.

I appreciate the help with the dash light but regarding the autozone.com free online repair manual - I registered with autozone but cannot locate an online repair manual. They want to sell me a hard copy though!
