Question: How much does a full tune up usually cost?

My car is approaching 60,000 miles, I just want to know how much I should save

At 60k, you don't get a tune up, you get a 60k maintenance service. You can check out what that is using the 'your service schedule' link on this site. To get an estimate on the work, calling around to local shops with the list is the best way--many of them may offer a package deal on the work.
