Question: How much in labor cost to replace spindles

Everytime I drive my car for a while my tires fall off because the lugs get stripped I have replace all 4 tires lugs and screws that lugs are connected I think that's what the lug nuts are connected to I'm trying to figure out what is the problem and how much estimated does it cost

You're going to have to have a shop look at your car. It's sounds like you may have aftermarket wheels and you are having some sort of torquing issue. If they are factory wheels, it's even odder. I would not replace spindles (steering knuckles) unless the hub is damaged. You really need someone to look at the car to see what exactly is happening.
