Question: how much would fixing the grill the hood and the front bumper cost..?

i wrecked a few days ago and want a rough estimate so i wont get ripped off

You are going to have to take it into a body shop and get an estimate. There is usually a lot of hidden damage that can really add up. Without seeing in person, it's impossible to come up with any kind of accurate estimate.

You consider filing an insurance claim.
