Question: How much would it cost to diagnose and/or rebuild a motor for a 2004 Mach-1

One of the Mustang dealers said that they could not fix the motor for all cylinders on this vehicle. Since then the engine has died. This is a great looking collectors edition of this particular car.
What would be a reasonable estimate to rebuild the engine if that is necessary.
