There should be a fuse box under the hood and inside, usually in the drivers foot well behind a kick panel. You can test the fuses with a multimeter or remove them and visually inspect.

My issue I am having is my indicator lights work as do my reverse lights but the wire that goes to the brakes seems to be messed up i need to find out how to run that wire

Are the brake lights and the running lights not working or just one?

Check the brake switch, bulbs, and trace the wiring back to the switch and power source...

the wires have been cut just after the brake switch my issue is that we dont know where the other end of those wires are

I see, sounds like you need a wiring diagram, or you can run power through the switch to the lights.

If you look carefully around the area you should be able to see where the brake switch wiring ended up...
