Question: how to fix a 97 acura rl radio

my radio does not turn on and never asks for a code also my volume control on my steering wheel doesnt work either is fuses are fine is this an thing i can fix or do i need to take it in to get fixed

If it's a factory radio, it probably will need to be replaced. It could be an electrical power issue, but I'd suspect an internal failure of the radio for a 1997 vehicle.
