Question: How to fix an engine relay

My truck was making a cliking noise I took out my engine relay, the clicking noise is still going except it is not as loud, my vehicle won't start, my brake is hard to push down, and won't left me shift into any positions, also if I push down on the shift lock it will let me switch gears, and the key has to be in the egnintion. Also, the lights are on, on the dash board, but when I push in the brake they turn off.

You might need to replace the relay if it's clicking.

Are you sure the battery is good? A low battery can cause issues like this.
