Question: How to I determine this cause...

If i hit a bump or leave the car overnight it occasionally stalls out.. i pop the hood and move the battery and the car starts up again.. The gauges occasionally light up and battery level is maxed out, (without a stall after hitting a bump)... when it stalls i loose power to everything and wont turn over at all. I am pretty sure its a bad wire, but I dont know where to start.. Is it ground? would this cause the stall? its definitely coming right off the battery

Replace the battery connectors and check the other main connections on and around the battery. Clean contacts and / or replace cables with corrosion.
