Question: i am trying to figure out my problem with poor acceleration lack of power

i have a 1992 alegro bay class a motor home with the 460 ford engine changed the fuel filter because it was felt like it had no power on acceleration and i checked the fuel pressure and it was 31 at idle and after it warmed up while driving the pressure was in the low 20's i change the fuel pump in the assembly and test drove it and it seemed better and on the way home got on the interstate and the problem come back when i tried to get it up to speed on the interstate and when i got off it was still giving me the problem and i did also unhook the cat before trying all this and it still did the same thing. if you get on gas slow it will go only when you give it more does it do this
