Question: I can't charge the car.

The car is on a Voltec charger. The 2 green lights are on on the charger. When I try to charge immediately, it flashes yellow. when I put it on charge my a certain time, it beeps many times and asks for the time to be ready. It is programmed for 6am, but it doesn't recognize that. I don't see how to redo. can you help?
