Question: I have a 1995 kia sportage an for some reason it wont let me go over 45 mph..

what can posibly be the problem and about how much would it be to fix it??

There are several different things that can cause a problem like that. If you haven't had a tune-up done in the last couple of years, it would be good to start there. There's a good article on what a tune-up should include here:
