Question: I have a Mazda 929 1989 and the cooling system overheats

I have a Mazda 929 1989 and the cooling system overheats after 30 mins driving. Coolant is full. Have flushed it twice including heater. Any advice very much appreciated, thanks. Frank H.

Possibly a blown head gasket. Does the radiator fan kick on properly? Has the thermostat been changed?

If the fan works correctly and the thermostat is good, do a leak down test to determine if the head gasket is blown.
