Question: I have daytime running lights and when I pull back the turn signal thing I can have bright lights

I do not have low beam lights only daytime running lights and when I pull the turn signal thing I can have high beams at night. Its hard to drive like this at night. We have replaced the bulbs and switch. All fuses and relays check good.

This sounds like a module problem. Most likely the DRL Module. It has electrical connections to both the high and low beam circuits. You may need a shop to help yo with this problem.
