Question: i have tested the battery and the alternator is good why does the truck have so much trouble turning

the truck has a 5.8 fuel injection that is having trouble trying to make revolutions when starting if its not the battery what could it be?I was able to start the truck after is seemed it wouldnt start it was having trouble turning over but i drove it around the block and turned it off and again the same problem and now I might have drained the battery so now I need advice

Could be the starter is failing. Also, a voltage drop test on the positive and negative cables would be in order. High resistance in the cables could make the available voltage at the starter itself insufficient to turn the engine over. And make sure the bolts holding the starter to the engine are clean, and the engine block is not painted where the starter mounts, as this is the ground for the starter.

Other than that, too advance timing can cause hard starting issues as well.
