Question: i keep blowing a 20 amp fuse that goes to my power recetacle,horns,ignition,fuel,start

i hear the fuse blow when i turn the ignition over and try to start it the fuel delivery has been acting funny for a while it is random when it acts up what it feels like when im driving it is like i give it gas then let go about 5-8 times.do you think the fuel pump could be causing the short?have heared of this before?

Probably and issue in the wiring or another component. The fuel pump would probably just fail completely if it had an issue.
