Question: i know head gasket is blowen but what esle can be wrong

my 2004 4.6l expedition had lean codes p0171 p0174 found a pcv hose on back of intake collapse with holes. replaced with new hose and truck started to miss fire and then started to smoke heavy white smoke. drove home felt catylitic converter shaking and even more smoke with accerleration had to drive in slower speeds, parked car removed battery for about 2 hrs,put it back on started truck with alot of white smoke but no miss fire but notice slight higher idle nothing drastic
