Question: i need help figuring out what the issue is

I own a 1994 jeep Cherokee country edition 4.0 H.O 4x4. the radio, ac, heat, turn signals, cig light output, and windshield wipers all went out at once. I checked the fuses and they aren't blown. im wondering if a relay could have caused this issue and if so which one. im in dire need of figuring this out and cannot afford to take it to a mechanic to get it fixed.
